About Haskins Real Estate Development LLC
A real estate company focused exclusively on acquiring, financing, owning, leasing, and operating property for its own account, with rehabilitation or redevelopment when an acquired asset requires it.
A focused real estate company
Haskins Real Estate Development LLC exists to acquire and own multifamily, apartment, commercial, mixed-use, and other real estate. The company may buy a performing property offered for sale or acquire a value-add, distressed, vacant, foreclosed, unfinished, or obsolete asset that requires improvement.
The company may acquire property directly or through a single-purpose project entity formed for that transaction. Each project is evaluated on its own physical condition, market demand, legal status, funding feasibility, construction plan, operating model, and long-term ownership case.
Core functions
- Property sourcing, negotiation, and site control
- Financial feasibility and development budgeting
- Debt, equity, seller, public, and incentive funding structures
- Due diligence, operations planning, and—when required—design, permitting, rehabilitation, or redevelopment
- Lease-up, property management oversight, stabilization, refinancing, and ownership
What the company is not
Haskins Real Estate Development LLC is not a charity, brokerage, general contractor, or third-party fee developer. It does not accept assignments to redevelop property for another owner. The company acquires or controls property for its own account or through a project entity and does not represent a proposed acquisition as closed, funded, approved, or under construction until that stage is documented.
The company may pursue assets with public-benefit outcomes, but every acquisition must remain financially feasible and contractually sound for the for-profit owner.
